Concord is dedicated to providing problem-free cross-border service. We are a fully approved, certified partner in the following programs registered with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security and the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency:

CSA (Customs Self Assessment Program)

CSA is a Canadian program that offers a streamlined clearance option for CSA eligible goods as well as the benefits of an efficient accounting and payment process for goods imported by approved importers. (see our certificate)

FAST (Free and Secure Trade)

FAST is a joint initiative between Canada and the U.S. developed to promote safety and security at the border. Freight for approved companies will be cleared into Canada and the U.S. with greater speed, assurance and efficiency. (see our certificate)

PIP (Partners in Protection)

PIP is a Canadian program developed to encourage private industry co-operation toward enhancing border security. PIP focuses on fighting organized crime and terrorism, suppressing contraband smuggling and increasing awareness of customs compliance issues. (see our certificate)

C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism

A U.S. program designed to combat terrorism by encouraging businesses to review their supply chain and implement practices to enhance security. (see our certificate)

ACE (Automated Commercial Environment)

ACE is the US CBP (Customs Border Protection) program designed to enhance national border security and expedite lawful trade. ACE connects CBP, the trade community and participating government agencies in one centralized, on-line access point. Concord transmits all ACE shipments through EDI to ensure accuracy of data and timely clearance information.

CDRP (Commercial Driver Registration Program)

Concord cross-border drivers carry a CDRP recognized bar-coded photo ID indicating their CDRP status.
